Front desk clerks were great. The breakfast was pk. Ran out of items the last hour. There were sone kids running in hallway very early which woke up the peopke slerping in bed closest to our room door.

Our room with two king beds divided by a bathroom provided our family with a good amount of room compared to standard hotels. Breakfast buffet was wonderful! Popcorn in lobby at night was an added plus.

Had a three night stay with the family. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The front desk people were friendly, but I was very disappointed with the housekeeping staff. I notified the desk, each day on both shifts to have my room service but they Failed to Clean my room during my entire stay.

Split layout of room is very convenient with family. The location of this hotel is also convenient to many family friendly spots. I stayed at this hotel several times and it is still one of my best places to stay around smokie Mt area.
