Sleep Inn Sevierville

I was here one night and never again the man that checked me in from Jamaica and his wife and kid we’re sitting in the very front of the hotel when you came in the door then I came downstairs to leave to eat and came back and now the whole family was there. That was not very nice to see when you walk in a hotel whole family sitting there. The bathroom was so small never seen the bathroom so small in a hotel. There’s nothing about the thing that I would’ve ever gone back again. I will never order.com again because it’s very misleading for the price that I paid for the room.

My family of 6 stayed comfortably across 2 rooms. The rooms offered necessary amenities and a relaxing place to sleep. This is our second stay at this hotel, and we will likely use again in the future.

Was clean, and the right location. My kids like it!!

They put down new carpet and a few layers of paint, then renamed it. Very dated and small. Would not recommend for a family. The one person at the desk was kind of nice.

Check in clerk was short with me and rude. The room I was given was not the room I had requested. My family had checked in with 2 other rooms the day earlier we had asked to have a room near them when we arrived the next day and was told it would be no problem. When we got there we were assigned to the opposite end of the motel on a different floor. The clerk said there was no way to change it. When I got to the room it was not what I requested. I had asked for 1 king bed as We were going to have to share with a toddler. Instead we got 2 double beds. When I called the desk the clerk basically called me a liar and said that was what I had requested. I went to the desk with my reservation copy showing her the request for the king bed made several days prior. She said they were full and nothing she could do. No apology.

It was a very nice hotel. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
