My husband, myself, my grown daughter and two grandchildren stayed in the large spacious family room with a king bed and a queen bed. It had a refrigerator, not the smallest not the biggest and very nice bathroom, amenities plenty of towels. It was very spacious. Felt like we had room to breathe. Would definitely stay there again.

This property should notify their ongoing renovations. This would have made us think twice. The elevator is out of service and after a 12 hour drive with two little ones, the last thing 2 exhausted parents shoukd worry about is taking flights of stairs with a bunch of luggage. The pool needs attention as it smells heavily of chemicals and there is a disgusting film on top of the water. Front staff was accomodating when we showed photos of black mold in our shower. Had us move rooms but definitely wont be returning.

We got a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was absolutely perfect. Usually with tubs like that I’m a bit skeptical of how well they’re cleaned. The tub was spotless, even did a test fill and ran the jets just to make sure and still perfectly clean! It was so nice having a soak at the end of a long day of walking around with a toddler! He loved the tub too! The hotel as whole could probably use some cosmetic upgrades but I really appreciated the fact that it was so clean and the staff were so pleasant! This will be our go-to hotel for future visits!

Our first night we had to be moved from our room to another room due to a leak in the room from the sprinkler system. We had to ask to be moved, the leak was not their fault. The beds are truly horrible! We asked for extra blankets 3 times and never received them. The water in the bathroom is so hot the my child burned his hand and it left a physical burn mark. The hotel was clean, needs to be updated. We were moved to a more updated room but even that had rust in the shower area. The pool is disgusting! You cannot see the bottom of the pool, the water is foamy and the walls need to be scrubbed.

Overall my family had a wonderful stay with great services by the staff members. Hotel was very well maintained. Excellent choice of stay. Highly recommended to anyone who is picky and wants the best.

Walls are extremely thin so be prepared to hear all neighbors above and beside and in the halls. First night had to make multiple calls to front desk because of noise from another room across the hall. Called until 2 am before quieted. Saturday night same room same issue. Called multiple times again. Finally hotel had police come and have the family ( in two rooms - 1 room 2 adults and in the second room 5–10 kids all under 14 years old ) removed but they didn’t leave without making issues so took them an hour to removed. I requested a full night refunded and was told they will get back with me but gave me a complimentary gift of 2 packs of crackers, 2 candy bars, 2 bottles of water and 2 sodas as a gift like I paid almost $250 for a night and that is not enough to compensate a bad vacation

GREAT HOTEL! Great location, comfy beds, all-around CLEAN, nice pool and friendly staff. My family and I will be back!
