Best Western Plus Apple Valley Lodge Pigeon Forge

I absolutely love this place they make you feel at home and our kid absolutely loves the upstairs

My family of 3 stayed and it was a great experience. Breakfast was wonderful, the pool was great, the hotel room was lovely. Everything was great and we’d DEFINITELY stay again here.

The check in was absolutely horrible. We had just got back from a long day at Dollywood, and when we got to the hotel, there was two people who looked like they had been waiting a very long time. The man at the front desk seemed to not know what he was doing. When the guy ahead of me finally got up to the desk it was 20 minutes and he still wasn’t checked in. Thank God another man came up and was able to help me in about three minutes. The other man was still there trying to get a room, it was ridiculous. Two of my family members ended up coming to check on me at two different times. When entering the room, a couch cushion was flipped up that was completely ripped and torn up and had stains all over it after just being told at the Front Desk that if there’s any damage to the room, our credit card would be charged (obviously, but is anybody going to address the damage that is already here)? Bunkbed railings were broken, twisted and falling off. Luckily our children are older and didn’t have to rely on the railings. Stains all over the couch bed mattress, really disgusting. The shower was not fully cleaned and neither was the sink. Our sheets were put on upside down and the comforter, so I wonder if they ever even got cleaned or just flipped around. The tag on the comforter was so absolutely disgusting. It was completely in a hard ball. Towel had stain on it and there was marks coming down from the light switch in the bathroom. I really don’t know if the room was ever cleaned.

The hotel was great. All the staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. Only thing I was disappointed in was they didn’t have any washer and dryers for the guests to use. Not a deal breaker but traveling with kids you never know when you might need to do a quick wash on clothes in an emergency. Other than that we would be glad stay here again.

We’re in Pigeon Forge for a family vacation and stayed for 4 nights and front desk customer service was great and especially CESAR was amazing and helped us register for Best Western plus rewards and breakfast was good and family enjoyed it. Definitely coming back and we recommend it as the location is close to every restaurant and 15 minutes drive to smoky mountains.

Will stay here again. Loved the loft style rooms with kids.

It was bad we was up all night the kids could not sleep the noise was so loud and the lights from the street was horrible. The bath faucet was broke and hair in the shower

We stayed for one night as part of a quick visit to Dollywood. The kids loved the bunk beds. The breakfast in the morning was great too - lots of options, fresh and tasty. Good location for those going to Dollywood or wanting to spend time at downtown Pigeon Forge.

We absolutely loved this hotel! It is very clean and fresh. Staff was nice and accommodating. We got a room with a loft and it was so nice! Comfy bed and a fireplace nearby. Easy setup for our Apple TV, which is important to us. Breakfast was great, too! We will definitely be back with our kiddos!

The bathrooms for a large family was not good. The door on bathroom didn’t lock and the tub was slippery. The view for the large rooms view was a neighbor
