Hampton Inn Pigeon Forge

Hotel was awesome in accommodating our 2 fur babies. Breakfast was a mad house but it was ok. Hotel was clean, staff were super friendly. Area right outside the door was designated smoking which was gross to walk through if you need to walk your pup or go out to your vehicle. All in all we would probably stay there again.

Nice place to stay. We’ve been here a couple times and ways catch ourselves coming back. Pool and splash area for the kids is perfect. Breakfast is good and location is great. Staff are very friendly. We will be back.

Sheets were dirty upon arrival. No housekeeping staff available but the maintenance man got us new linen. He was great. Closet door would not stay closed which was a problem having a toddler and the room smelled like mildew.

The main reason we booked this hotel was for the big outdoor pool and the kids splash pad. This hotel also has an indoor pool in case it rains. It is a very clean hotel and the staff are friendly and professional. The free breakfast is a huge plus for families. We loved having a chimney in our room. We would definitely stay again. The pet fee isn’t bad either…..75 dollars for the three nights we stayed there, which is equal to 25 dollars a night. (I think if you stay only one night it is still 75 so make sure you ask). We had a great time and wished we stayed longer to enjoy the pool more. There is a roller coaster and mini golf right next door and just a few steps away. The location of the hotel is perfect. It’s very close to the Island on pigeon forge and close to many other attractions. I highly recommend.

Every one was friendly and nice. No matter what they all ways spoke to us. The hotel was very clean. Our room was big and nice!! They had alot high school kids at the hotel and they were very polite and no loud noises. Awesome young people! Hampton Inn is the only hotel we stay in across the US!

The children’s pool needed cleaning.

The room and hotel were very clean. Staff were extremely pleasant and polite. Amenities promised online were not as shown or promised. Disappointed at how many items we needed to contact staff for that the room should have already had. Plus there were guests sleeping outside due to family arguments. Quite disconcerting when loading my car in the dark to find people camped out by the doors. Creepy.

They where very accommodating with my knees issues… friendly service and very understanding when we came in later than usual on the first day…great pools, the one indoors and outdoors… met a lot of friendly people from the south when we were here..great food as well… has a great setup for the morning breakfast bar… my kids love it … there are a lot of restaurants across from where we were staying at… walking distance… the best two places were Mel’s Diner, and Guy Ferri Flavor town…. We are definitely coming back next year…

The property was in a good location. The kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. We love pets but we do not have any ourselves. Probably would have chosen another property if we would of known they allowed animals.
