SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pigeon Forge

This hotel is really nice! Great location (central to a lot of things), comfortable rooms, etc. Breakfast was well-attended to, and the pools (having both indoor & outdoor was key for our kids). Only complaint - couch condition left something to be desired...otherwise - GREAT HOTEL

This is a great location! The layout of the room was perfect for our family, as well! The only thing that I would improve was the friendliness of the gentleman working the desk when we arrived. I would also love to see some sort of protocol that prevents guests from having to give their address and phone number aloud in front of other guests.

I can't say enough good things about this property. If you are headed to Pigeon Forge, I suggest looking into this property. The location can't be beat and the place has two pools and yet somehow, it is still quiet. The staff is friendly especially Junior. The views from the higher floors are also very nice. The only thing I did not like about this place is that you have to ask them to clean your room, it does not happen automatically. The breakfast was adequate nothing to write home about but appreciated when you have hungry kiddos in tow.

Comfortable beds and clean room! Plenty of space for our family of 4! Close to most attractions- in the center so everything is drivable in a short time. Good restaurants close to walk to. Hotel staff friendly and facility clean. Fun pool area for families as well. Great breakfast! Some options changed daily so it was a nice variety!

I will preface the following review by saying that my family has stayed at this particular SpringHill Suites by Marriott a half dozen or more times over the last several years. We have always been very impressed by the service of the staff and the room amenities. However, this time was less than desirable. At check-in we were told that house keeping would only be attending to the guest rooms every other day and that they would only be emptying trash and replacing used towels. This was being done because of staffing issues and holiday scheduling. No big deal except that because of the holiday, the room rate was almost double. We stayed 3 nights and our trash cans in the room were NEVER emptied and by the final morning were all over flowing with trash. We have 3 kids (2 with special needs) and they are messy. We inquired about a vacuum at the front desk, so that we could get up chip crumbs from the floor and were told that housekeeping didn't come in until 4pm and they didn't have access to the vacuums until that time. I went down to the front desk on our first night there to purchase snacks for the kids and waited over 15 minutes before the clerk came to the desk. There was no bell to get the staff's attention and there was another couple that needed to check in that was waiting as well. For some unknown reason, the hotel does not stock the rooms with bar soap to wash your hands, any longer. We had to use the body wash pumps in the shower instead.

We come to Pigeon Forge about 4 times a year. This is definitely where we will stay from now on. The rooms are very clean, which is very important to me. Beds were comfortable. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. They even called our room to see if everything was ok. Grand kids loved the pool.

It was so convenient and clean. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids. The beds were harder than we wished, but we will plan to come again.
