We have stayed several times, have always booked 3rd party, but they DONT offer Family rooms. Glad the girl behind the counter gave us the direct number, and offered membership! We love it here and the kids really enjoy it

Stayed her for our kiddos birthday. Great place and location. Did have an issue with bedding. The ends of the comforters were dirty so you can tell they probably haven't been washed each time. They mattresses weren't very comfy but we made it work. They supply tons of pillows. We throughly enjoys the pools. We liked the outside was open till 11 and inside was 24hr. We would stay again for sure though

Great place to stay with children the outdoor and indoor pool s were great for the kids to unwind. Big clean rooms and great breakfast room. Also centrally located.

This was our second year coming here. Graham is very friendly and professional. The little water park is the perfect size for parents who want to keep a close eye on their children. Delicious breakfast. We’ll see you all next July!!

We stayed in the family suite and it was perfect! Clean room, staff was wonderful, the pools were great, location was excellent!! We will stay here again in the future.

I loved the outside pools for my kids. We had a lot of fun just swimming and playing on the slides. Breakfast was good as well.

On the last day there was construction going on next door to our room. The staff never mention this to us or nothing. I was happy it was last day. Ppol table in game room took our money so did the chabe machine. Front desk was able to pay us us back. The property was clean and staff nice. It was very busy though at front desk took over 30 minutes to check in. We stay the Inn last time we stayed at the resort. I prefer the resort, didnt have any issues when we stayed there. For quick 4 day trip it was just right fo my family.
