Great location and very clean. I think you get a lot of bang for your buck. The only thing I think could be improved a bit is the breakfast. The eggs and sausage and biscuits with gravy were good, but my kids were hoping for pancakes (they think every hotel is supposed to have a waffle maker). Also the layout in the breakfast area could be improved a bit. Not complaining though.

We thought the property was in a great location! It was very clean. Beds were very soft and comfortable and a great hotel for families! The indoor pool was in a central location and very convenient. The breakfast was pretty good, very basic but good options to choose from.

The room was pretty good, other than the toilet rocked a bit when you set down. The gripe I had was the pool. It was way overcrowded and everyone was very much rude and rough housing. We had kids jumping in over top of our heads and kept splashing our faces full of water. Not an occasional accidental splash, they were having a splash fight with everyone in the pool even if u hunkered in the corner you wasnt safe. No supervision was going on at all for over half the kids in the pool. It got to the point that i had to put out my elbows to keep from getting ran into. I actually only stayed at this place for the pool. There was another place for 30 bucks cheaper that I would have rather stayed at if I would have known how rowdy this place was.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Lots of parking. Very clean overall. Pool and hot tub also kids pool was very nice.

This is our 3rd time staying here. My children always love the pool, There is free breakfast which is nice if your on a budget, also being right next to the river is so cool.

This hotel was very good for the price. It is in a convenient location. Breakfast is limited but good. Plenty of good facilities for families(pool, laundry, workout room, etc.) would stay here again.

We have visited this establishment for many years now. It has a very homey feel to my family. The rooms are spacious and clean. And the property is easy to navigate. I highly recommend econo lodge pigeon forge.

We were in the inside next to the pool. It was just kinda loud with the kids playing. But I brought a fan and turned it up a notch to drown out noise. All was good. Breakfast was good and the juice was phenomenal. Staff friendly. Overall had a great stay.

The hotel and property were very nice for the price. We had a nice room in the back overlooking the river. The staff was all so friendly, and the breakfast was good. We do wish there were a few more food options, but I understand because of the price increase with food recently. Our only issue was ants we had lots on our second day, they did offer a room switch but with a baby, it was hard to pack up and move for only a single night left, so instead they cleaned the room. The ants remained I do wish maybe there was some credit given or something, but nothing was offered. This was an inconvenience, but the stay and hotel were very affordable and met our needs.
