I absolutely liked the access to the attraction around the hotel.. area around the residence was well maintained other than the bar not being open later than 10pm....my family still had a plesant and enjoyable stay

The property itself and rooms were fantastic! The only issue were the elevators. They were slow, if working at all. We were on the 5th floor and finally found the stairs, but with luggage and multiple children, it was a bit difficult.

The hotel itself was excellent. I love that there are suites large enough to accommodate families so we can spread out. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. The only thing that could make this hotel better is if there were a continental breakfast with make your own waffles, cereal etc. We try to stay at hotels that have this option- it’s so much easier for families.

Hotel overall was nice. Welcoming front desk staff. It was a little alarming that one of my littles picked up a half eaten cookie in our room that wasn’t ours. So cleaning on the rooms could definitely be a bit better. The very small sample bottles of shampoo and conditioner are a hard stretch for a family of 5 and seem to be a waste of plastic. A lot of the hotels have went with the refillable bottle but maybe just late to the game here.

The hotel was fine, the employees were very helpful and professional. My only concern with the property was the lack of at least a continental breakfast to be included for $200 a night. For the typical (free) included with your stay breakfast at other hotels, they wanted $12.95 a person and the options and prices went up from there. Just inconvenient and a bit greedy to hit a family of four for an additional $54-$55 plus tip to start the morning off. Was $500 for a 2 night stay not enough…come on do a little better.

Room maintenance could improve, bathtub conditions, preventing rust stains. If housekeeping is only done on demand and not daily they should provide extra trash bags, toilet paper and towels and bath mats to restock room on days that they don’t service it. Toilet paper is not of good quality so that causes it to run out quickly, specially when there is more than two guests in the room. If I am going to leave trash that was emptied from bins in the hallway I would like to have bags in the room to replenish. If room is rsvp for 3 adults and 2 kids, please make sure there are at least 5 body towels total so we are not 1 short. Comforters should be replaced with a laundered one between each new guest as that is an item that some people still use as a blanket. Not sanitary to just replace the bed sheets. Mattress protectors should also be washed between guests and sofa mattress could be a bit more thicker to make it more practical. There should be another luggage holder instead of just one, for multiple guests convenience and hair dryers should include the attachment that goes on the hair dryer’s opening. Rooms should be soundproof to allow guest privacy. I don’t want to hear other guests intimate moments specially if I am with my children. I also dont want my familly’s conversations to be heard from the hallway and having to whisper for privacy. Front desk staff could be friendlier.
