Staybridge Suites Mt. Juliet - Nashville Area, an IHG Hotel

Really good breakfast. They provide an happy hour appetizers with unlimited soda fountain and beer. The appetizers ended up being a meal for our family that’s how good it was and the amount they provided We stayed for a whole week and it felt like home away from home. Location was awesome not too far from attractions. Staff was very nice.

The General Manager was rude and unprofessional. Threaten me about my prior rating on orbitz and throw me out Of the establishment (I was told when I came down not aware of eviction)I had to rent a hotel my 84 year old mother hospitalized after asking for a disable room or equimpment for 3 days she held in her waste because it was difficult to go to the toilet we rented a hoyer life because she is an amputee.He has no class or common sense never investigated heard one side which was his employee and defended that person.I rented 2 rooms and had to leave with my 3 year old twin grand babies .I will be reaching out to corporate office in the UK and take this matter based on principle.If that establishment General Manager handles business like that you need to evaluate his customer service and give him a course ,Chic fila A have excellent service take a page from there play book

This was perfect for us traveling as a family and with our dog. Breakfast was incredible and Managers happy hour was good, would have liked a better selection of beers and/or drinks. All and all I would totally recommend!

I was very impressed with this hotel! I was in town for a family reunion but chose to stay so this hotel because it was a better value and offered breakfast. We only stayed 2 nights but I would definitely stay again. So close to stores like Target, Kroger, Publix and others like Ross and TJ Maxx. The room was clean and had all the necessities like dish soap, hand soap, body wash, paper towels etc. The breakfast was great! Waffle maker, bacon, eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal juice! I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

Overall a great place for our family, close to shopping area with lots to do and eat nearby. Friendly staff and very accommodating.

It was wonderful to spend time with extended family in "The Den." We were able to visit, watch football, and enjoy bringing in the new year!

I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for a number of reasons! My family and I were visiting from out of state for a major surgery for my mom, and staying here took so much extra off my shoulders! The staff (both day and night) were friendly and very helpful! They have a social that they offer m-th we’re they provide a meal and beer on tap! Not to mention breakfast every morning! We went in January and it snowed while we were their so the pool was closed (which is a given), but we toured the rest of the amenities and were amazed at how cozy they were! Especially the den and outdoor fireplace area. The room was very spacious and the perfect amount of space for my family which we have 3 kids 5 and under. The soap dispensers helped a lot aswell! Not to mention the kitchen! From a regular size fridge and freezer to a microwave and 2 burner cooktop it was perfect for those times you just wanted to stay in. Couldn’t ask for a better location! Literally anything you could want or need is all within a 5- maybe 10 min drive! From a number of grocery stores, clothing, drs, dealerships, Chuck E. Cheese and the endless amount of restaurants made eating out so much better! We would go and order online and my husband would just drive to pick it up. Walking distance to target allows quick and easy access to either grab a few snacks and quick meals or even look around! ABSOLUTELY fantastic hotel and I look forward to our next trip their! Definitely worth every penny!!

We can always count on Staybrige Suites Mt. Juliet for a comfortable and convenient home away from home while visiting family in Mt. Juliet. Great little apartment type rooms with full kitchenettes and nice bathrooms. Thanks for another great stay.

My husband and I REALLY enjoyed our stay. The room was awesome and comfortable. It was perfect for our intentions. The ONLY issue we found was the breakfast. It was horrible. We typically stay at places that offer a continental breakfast b/c we have children, however, we decided to eat breakfast elsewhere our last morning at the hotel. Otherwise, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotels was great. I was here for school with my family. They offer free dinner and Beer Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday night for a couple hours. The pool was clean and well maintained. The grill area was very nice. Good area to cook out. The rooms were pretty clean. Couldve been dusted in a few spots. The only problem I had was they were replacinf carpets in the halls the week we were there. They rotate through the same breakfast every other day, which kind of stinks after a week.
