Horrible storms were rolling through Nashville when we arrived at the hotel. The power went out, water was pouring in the hotel. Gabrielle handled everything like a pro. Got us checked in and was able to change our rooms so we could take care of our elderly family members.

Great property. Very nice staff. Clean hotel. Great location. Comfortable bed. Updated rooms. Only con is that the walls are pretty thin. Heard lots of people talking loudly in the mornings and kids running up and down the hallways non stop. But other than that, great place.

This is a dual-brand hotel and a new build. There was a small issue with the room but no fault of the staff (or us). It was a simple overlook in electrical wiring during the new build. Management made sure that I had received the proper breakfast vouchers we had paid for with our room. The restaurant on site is very good! Our picky kids loved their breakfast! One thing I would recommend for the hotel is to make the indoor pool heated. It was too cold to swim. We let the kids swim for awhile but they didn’t want to stay long due to being cold.
