Great stay and I would highly recommend staying there. Only complaint, was hot tub was not in service for the kids to use!

Stayed here with 16 teenage kids for a soccer tournament. Sharika and all front desk were so very nice and patient. Leslie the GM equally nice and accommodating. The Housekeeping staff and manager also so very nice and patient with the messy boys' rooms. The property is very clean, rooms are updated and large. Very comfortable. Close to airport and walkable to a mall with lots of food choices and a Krogers and Walgreens. Highly recommend!

We visit our kids and grandkids and like the convenience and closeness of the hotel. We have stayed at others in the area, but we like this hotel the best. I like the bottles of hair products, etc, in the bathroom, so convenient. Needed a bathmat, though, there wasn't one.

The morning breakfast crew was so helpful and kind, making sure that there was space for our family to sit together and also taking plates from our table. I can’t remember his name, but he was great.

Staff let this kids baseball team tear the place up and run up and down the halls all day and night yelling and screaming without reprimanding any of them. After being on the road all day this was an awful experience

We booked a two bed studio suite and it had so much space! It was perfect for our family (two adults, a 9 year old, and two babies). There was plenty of room for our daughter's pack n play and tons of space for our toddler to wander. Only downside is the "kitchen" area wasn't quite as expansive as we would've liked but it got the job done.

Very disappointing - deteriorated amenities since past stays here. Poor lighting in bathroom; no shelving in bathroom for notions; room cleaning by request only -- skipped certain days altogether; broken sliding mirrored door on closet - dangerous; no pen and paper in room, digital door key didn't work due to dead battery on door; no skid mat in shower - dangerously slippery; guest coffee urns not well attended, often old or cold.

My family and I spent one night in this hotel because of convenience of hotel location on our way back home. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of our room. It was very comfortable. We enjoyed our short stay and we wish we could have stayed longer, maybe next time. I will always remember the quality of the hotel service and the lady in the breakfast buffet area. Thank you!
