The beds were really nice and conformable. We always stay at Holiday inn as there are nice hotels for the price. This is the same. The pool is heated and my kids had a blast swimming.

Everything was perfect for our daughter’s birthday celebration. Kids loved the pool, room was perfect for the amount of kids, room was clean, and they had a big breakfast selection. The only issue we had was our curtains were broken. Anytime we asked for anything, they were able to immediately provide what was needed.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds yet upon check in, was told they only had a 1 bed and a couch pull out for 4 people to sleep in. It was for 4 people, 2 adults, 2 kids but we were not a couple. Was for a grandmother, son, and 2 grandkids. Dont let people book a room if it is not going to be available.

I especially want to give kiddos to the cook. She was extremely friendly. She took pride in preparing breakfast for the hotel guests.

Our stay was adequate. The first day the pool was closed and that was a bit disappointing for the children but not a huge deal. My main issue was the housekeeping. We came into the room at check in and there was liquid around the toilet. I cleaned that up and moved forward. The next day housekeeping came into the room and removed the towels but didn't replace them and didn't make up the beds or replace the towels that were used. The lady keeping the breakfast room going is a star! She is super friendly and very nice to everyone that come to the area. All in all it was an adequate stay but I am disappointed.

They gave my room away with no notice. I showed up with all of our bags and my 3 kids ( solo adult) and I was told they gave my room away and are full

We had to cancel our reservation within 24 hours of our reservation due to a medical emergency. My family and myself stay at Holiday Inn Express as frequently as possible when we travel. However, this Holiday Inn Express chose not to refund my money. I will never stay at this location again nor will I ever give it a good review.
