Amazing area; amazing service. The hotel was spotless. The pool was great for the kids.

This was our 2nd stay at this very new hotel. The hotel is beautiful with a bamboo theme both outside and in the rooms. The staff are so nice, even in the middle of the night, and make you feel like you're family and not just another stranger spending the night. We had to make a change in rooms just 2 days before our arrival, because our grand daughter decided to accompany us on the trip. The staff were so very gracious and made sure all changes and arrangements were in order, check in was a breeze!! The hot breakfast is a treat too with the sweetest hostess you'll ever know. She gave you the impression she was happy to be on the job doting over her guests and offering help anywhere needed all the while keeping the tables cleaned and chairs pushed up out of the way. Many many folks were giving and receiving hugs from her with promises to come back and visit every chance possible---us included!!
