Room very clean and very comfortable beds. The tv and commode seat had issues. Reported these and they were quickly corrected. Very polite and made sure our needs were met. We are handicapped and they helped us get our things into the hotel room and back to our van when we left. Will be staying there in the future , but i hope it is for relaxation and not my child in the hospital . Very relaxing and quiet !! A Valet service !!!

What a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect and convenient to downtown. We have a toddler and did splash pads at Market Square and Worlds Fair. Room was so perfect and clean. Entire hotel was fresh and modern. If I had to complain about something It’s the high parking fee for a place that’s not a major city.

Great location, easy to walk to downtown or campus. Staff was excellent we asked to be moved because there was a loud child n the too next to us and the staff was quick to offer us a new room with no problems. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall it is a very nice and clean hotel, and the area was safe enough to walk around the outside of the hotel with my kids. The staff was very friendly and the waitstaff at breakfast was nice. Like the title says, it is a college town so parking is limited and was a little frustrating. I pulled into the hotel parking lot only to find out I needed a key and check in before I could park. Overall good hotel if your traveling alone or with your family.
