Nice hotel. Great manager. Left the pool open later since we arrived late. Noisy with a group there and children running the halls after 11. Not the hotels fault though. Really good breakfast included.

Great vibes, great staff especially Elaine, so sweet and tentative to her guest! Food was hot and fresh for breakfast and Elaine made us feel like family !! We will be back! 🎳

Convenient location for visiting family in Knoxville. Easy access to the Interstate, shopping and dining.

We actually stayed here twice, a week apart, on a road trip to and from a family gathering Our room was very clean; comfortable; roomy; good internet and TV reception! Breakfast area very nice and hotel very close to shopping areas, restaurants and more.

The staff was great as always. The furniture in the room was not. The chair and foot stool were so small that it was too low to sit in. It looked like a child's version. Stand up or lay down are inadequate options.

We stayed here for 6 days, and NEVER ONCE HAD MAID SERVICE!! We would call for clean towels, and to at least have our garbage emptied…NEVER HAPPENED!! My kids and I would have to go to the front desk and ask for clean towels & bring our garbage downstairs! We went to the front desk everyday to complain, & everyday was told, “oh, they will clean your room today, for sure”. NEVER HAPPENED! I will never stay in this hotel again!!! And the entire floor smelled like Marijuana!! The smell was seeping into our room every night by 7pm until 2am, our room reeked of marijuana….I don’t have a problem with people smoking, but when I’m with my kids, in a hotel for vacation & in a non-smoking hotel!!!! Told front desk about this as well, and they laughed at me..& one clerk said that I got a free “high”!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

The room was tiny, it barely fit myself, my partner and our two small children. The bed sheets were paper thin, very scratchy and uncomfortable. There are no cots or rollaway beds available due to fire hazard, so my son slept on the floor. The bathroom was dirty, including someone else’s hair on the floor- despite there being a sticker on the door of the room stating it has been sanitized for our protection. Paint was chipping on the walls, there were rust stains on the lights, the bathtub was also very worn and chipped. The staff was less than pleasant. We tried the “hot breakfast” in the morning. The woman who served us was very rude and seemed irritated that I asked for two bagels (one was for my daughter, who was in the room at the time). She made it a point to tell everyone in line that I took the last two plain bagels, which seemed really unnecessary. It was also before 8am when this occurred, so you would think they would have enough food to accommodate their 6a-10a breakfast bar. The property was very outdated. I truly have zero idea how this hotel has such high ratings, it was trash. I certainly would not go back, and I would not recommend anyone visiting the area to stay longer than a single night.

The property itself was decent but our room on the first floor was very damp and musty. we were traveling with family and their rooms were less musty but still very damp. our clothes and shoes were damp and cold in the morning. We asked for a new room which was less musty but still very damp. The breakfast situation was difficult - one employee taking individual breakfast orders and filling them alone. Very long line for breakfast because of that.

Check in staff was very friendly and efficient. The bed was not the most comfortable. There was a track team staying and the kids were running up and down the halls around 10 o'clock at night which I didn't appreciate. The breakfast was done well due to covid with a very friendly lady serving food individually. Overall a good stay and right off the highway. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance as well.
