Drury Inn & Suites Knoxville West

We like the Drury hotel chain and try to stay at one when we travel. This one was by far the BEST one of all. It was Very clean the entire staff we had contact with was just wonderful. From the front desk staff to the dining room staff, to the bar staff EVERYONE was pleasant and a pleasure to talk to. If there was an 11 I would give it to them. I will recommend my family and friends to stay here.

I purposely picked Drury for this stop on my trip because we’ve had really good experiences with them in the past. This place was the same. Great for a family. Rooms are spacious. Pull out bed. Nice bathroom with stand up shower. Plus a good breakfast.

Great place to stay with a family for the money.

This is the best hotel for families! We had an amazing stay and the fact you have breakfast and happy hour with food and drinks - absolutely amazing. It makes traveling affordable and fun for families. Rooms are clean and quiet. All around such a great hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for one night here! My husband and I agreed, we’d always be able to have Drury Inn as our go-to hotel no matter what even though it was just our first ever stay. I’m glad I paid attention to reviews honestly. I was going back and forth on booking with other hotels until I landed on this one. The reviews were astonishingly better than hotels more expensive, and this hotel honestly lives up to those reviews. The bed was amazing also. I slept like a baby. Breakfast was great, and dinner and drinks were awesome (I ordered margarita with cranberry…all three times lol) The only complaint I have is those lights outside the hotel to light it up at night are horribly bright. I’m grateful that the curtains completely get rid of the light, but I loved the huge window view from that top floor and really wanted to have the curtains opened that evening. The light was just too much. This is something I’m assuming won’t change though.

On a family road trip. The best hotel experience. Every employee, whether front desk, house keeping, breakfast area, etc. engaged in great conversation. The only hotel which provided extra bedding for pull out sofa bed without asking. Well lit and bright corridors/ passage.

We just returned from a 4 night stay at the Knoxville West Drury. The hotel staff, property, and amenities were top notch. The room was perfect- the suite was large, spotless and accommodating. The bed was super comfortable. We heard zero noise at night. The staff were all very kind and always greeted us with smiles and pleasantries, especially the morning staff. Kudos to them as they were all so welcoming and kind. Breakfast was decent and there was a good variety. Coffee is excellent. The happy hour/lite dinner option was super convenient and very appreciated. The evening free popcorn was delicious. Just so many small perks that leveled this place up from other hotels. I would definitely recommend staying here. The location is very central to many dining options and ease of traveling. The only negative is the hotel being pet friendly. That’s it though. Our stay definitely added to our family trip. We will be back.

The employees were extremely accommodating and polite. The customer service was outstanding. Cielo was so personable. I was so impressed- she made us feel like we were family. I have a restrictive diet and Cielo went out of her way to help make sure that I knew the ingredients and what was safe for me to eat. I am so impressed with this hotel I don’t know that I would ever stay anywhere else in the future.

Our family was in town to tour UT and see the game. The Drury was very conveniently located not far off the expressway and within close distance to the airport and the college 10 to 15 minutes. Our stay was very enjoyable. I would definateley stay at the Drury again.

Free dinner and drinks were great. Overall hotel very nice and clean, staff friendly, hot tub and pool very clean. Best hotel our family has stayed at, and at a great price!
