I always feel safe at this location. I come here alone or with my son often to visit family, and so it’s been great to find a reasonably priced, safe, and convenient place to stay when I visit.

This was a great stay with many conveniences, like Starbucks and dining in the lobby. Easy parking, convenient location near interstate 40. Several chain restaurants very close by. My only complaint is we chose this hotel because it has an indoor pool, but the pool wasn’t really heated. It felt really quite cold getting in, and my toddler was shivering within a few min. I asked the staff if the pool could be heated more, and they said there is an adjustable thermostat but they don’t have a key to unlock it. Pretty frustrating to see the solution but not be able to fix the problem. It was a fine stay otherwise!

Several things were wrong. The shower had other people’s hairs in it. We had a family emergency and had to leave after only being there for two hours. Asked for a partial refund not a full one and they declined stating we stayed long enough to accommodate for a 221 dollar room.

Not accommodating with adjoining rooms with loud children, screaming all night long. For 3 hours the kid screamed, on and off. Had to play loud music to tune it out.
