One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Lots of kids because of ball tournament. So it was crowded but loved the amenities! Met lots of nice people!

The property is across the street from the fire department ie first responders. There were sirens all night long. Also, could not get a late check out - which in general just needs to be an option when you have children playing in tournaments.

I trip was horrible my room had animal hair in cover were dirty breakfast was nasty and I am not even gone speak on their valet 👎👎👎👎👎 I hated my stay here I was ready to leave the next night but my kids begged me to stay because we were in Knoxville for a football tournament & the had another Sunday

The pillows are too soft - but that is a personal thing. Missed self-parking when it was Holiday Inn. Restaurant for breakfast was all messed up and the menu needs more basic options - way too customized - and when we were told that when we received am incorrect menu item and I sat there and watched my family eat, that it would be taken off our check - it wasn't - including the extra sausage charge - oh well, we just chalked it up to inexperience and new staff. For the price we paid for graduation weekend at UTK, expected comp breakfast.
