Josh and Lissa at the hotel's fabulous lounge on the 2nd floor are amazing! They took such good care of us and made us feel like family, even though we were only there 1 night. This level of guest service is what sets luxury hotels apart from the rest. Our room was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. Absolutely love this hotel and its exceptional staff! Thank you for a perfect 5-star stay!

Amazing hotel - great staff - I will stay no other place when I’m in Knoxville on business with my family. This is the best hotel in town hands down.

Hotel was very nice, and every staff member was exceptionally gracious and cordial. Very nice not having to listen to children run up and down hallway, or doors slamming at 5am. Will definitely stay here again.
