My family of five really enjoyed all the space with three beds in our room. The motel was very clean and seemed to have been updated recently. We also enjoyed the rocking chairs outside by the stream for hanging out. One thing we would have liked would be more hooks to hang items up. Easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Overall we really enjoyed this motel and would definitely stay again.

We had a family weekend getaway and it was perfect. The motel is about 5-10 min walk to downtown and it is a easy walk.the room is quaint and perfect for a a couple of a small family. It has a wonderful stream right at the front of the property that we enjoyed walking along.

This cute little motel was so clean and sufficient for our needs. Loved the location and the staff were nice and helpful. We stayed in the family room with three beds and two bedrooms. Nice bathroom too. Comfortable beds. Loved the rocking chairs on the porch.

These rooms are TINY. Probably better for single traveler but really tight with 2. Can’t understand how reviews are so good with families. We booked for convenience of walking to parkway & cute stream they had in pictures. It is absolutely convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc....However stream is between main sidewalk & parking lot so really can’t be enjoyed unless you don’t mind people walking thru constantly to go to & from parkway. They have 1 swing & 4 chairs facing sidewalk & street but that is also only smoking area on property! They even tell you @ check in (plus sign in room) not to smoke outside your room or in parking lot. The walls are absolutely paper thin! I heard complete conversation of neighbors all 3 nights we were there. Not mumbling or voices, clear conversations! These rooms are packed together with parking directly in front& with thin walls, be aware you hear every time someone gets in or out of vehicle, sets alarm, opens or closes screen (they slam) & all foot traffic from parkway. We were never able to lay down until after midnight when everything closed & were up by 6am when work traffic started. Room was cute & really clean just tiny. Price we felt was high for such small room so I looked up price of all 3 hotels directly across street & they were almost half price we paid plus had balconies, indoor year around pool & fireplace not to mention over double square footage per room (wish I’d done more research) 3 stars max & that’s mostly location

Booked this for convenience so we could walk everywhere, when we open the door I was blown away. Its like a little cabin inside. The remodel was perfect, we got a little one bed and bath just perfect for us. The pool was nice we used it also. And its about a 10min walk to anywhere you want to go in gatlinburg on the strip. This was an amazing find and we will absolutely be booking here again.. everyone was nice that we spoke to, each room has a set of rocking chairs in front. Almost no traffic where its located, and it was super quite at night. Well light up and extra clean. They have a lifetime customer in our family now..

We stayed in a family suite for 2 nights and it was wonderful. It’s not on the main strip so it’s a more relaxed area but still close enough to walk everywhere even with 3 kids we didn’t get into our car until the day we left. The pool area is clean and they provide extra towels poolside. You can tell that they’ve done some remodeling and it’s very nice. The only thing that was a tiny issue was the lack of a lock on the sliding bathroom door but that’s only because our youngest didn’t realize he needed to knock if the door was closed. If we ever go back to the area we will definitely stay here again.

The family that owns this are great and have done a lot to make the rooms look like little cabins. There are rocking chairs outside your door. It is a perfect place as you can walk right downtown but you are away from all the noise from downtown. We loved it and will be staying there again.
