My family is a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, so our stay for 2 nights wasn’t bad but we did have higher expectations for the price we paid . But all in all we would stay again when visiting Gatlinburg .

The ladies working the front desk were Awesome. That being said...I reserved the King suite for my Fiance and I...a week and a half or better in advance, only to show up on check in date to find out that they didn't have my room available due to having the hallway carpet removed and replaced. Not once did I receive an email from the Hotel or Expedia about any of this! So we were told that the only option was a double Full size bedroom. The beds were to small for us to really even sleep side by side! The room was not a Suite...and yet I was told the price of it was $40 more than what Expedia had said I owed taxes and all for the King suite. I also called prior to showing up to make sure the Hot tub was open and running this time of year...was told YES...showed up...room not available...and the hot tub was broken as well. The King suite and hot tub were the only 2 reasons we chose the Marriott. Big thumbs down on the behalf of both Of your companies for lack of Communication...as well as putting a damper on our very rare kid-free "Vacation".

The property is conveniently located in downtown. My family and I were able to walk to a lot of places. Our room was clean and there’s plenty of parking available.

Don’t purchase the breakfast because they have no restaurant. You have to use your $30 to feed entire family on fruit and coffee bar snacks. And if purchasing thru here hotel will refuse to refund your money because of some “policy”. Hotel was ok I would not stay here again. Rude staff

Front desk does not greet you when you walk in. They are too busy on their personal phones. A gentleman is beyond un pleasant. I stayed 3 nights with my family we had 2 suits. Suite 232 smells like urine and the carpet was just groose. The shower faucet completely fell off and bathroom have zero ventilation. I called front desk and complained but they fixed nothing. The outside patio area and hot tub area had garbage on the floor, hot tub was dirty and the area smelled like dumpsters. Suit 234 was sooo hot, called the front desk and again, no one fixed anything. The thermostat was broken.

Beds were hard. The indoor pool was super small and cold. Bring your own towels the ones they give you are big enough for an infant. Easy walk to the main strip of Gatlinburg.
