Unit 501 was the perfect size for 2 adults and one child. Living/kitchen area small but adequate. Bedrooms were a nice size. Outdoor area nice but chairs could use new cushions. Able to walk to main strip within 15-20 minutes. Coming back uphill was a challenge. Overall a nice stay

Great stay my family loved it. Very spacious and route to play condo was salted in the snow. Will definitely be back.

Very clean nice place to stay. Very impressive interior. Would highly recommend for couples or a family stay. Will book the condo the next time we are in Gatlinburg.

Unit is dated and highly used. Worked enough for our needs (basically gone exploring the whole time, just need bed and bathroom). Takes forever to find the sweet spot on the shower head with water temp, flow is very low no matter what. Couch bed is broken and did not pull out. We just had our 2nd child sleep in our bed with us. Location is superb, park your car and easy walk to everything on the main drag. Walk was easy, only elevation to deal with are the large stairs, but they were very easy and safe. Didn't use any facilities so no comments on laundry, pool etc.

Our family stayed in two separate rooms and the overall condition of the rooms were ok. Rooms were outdated and soap scum around both tubs. Location was a little far but not terrible. Overall review for the two rooms was a good rating mainly because of price.

The rooms were great for our family. It was nice to be able to cook breakfast for my family after a few days of eating out. The walk was a little long to the main parkway. It would not have been bad if we didn't have a 16 month old. I would stay there again

Traveling with three children and two adults . Loved the kitchenette, made meals alot easier and affordable. Plenty of utensils and pots and pans but no oven just a toaster oven but no pan would fit in it. Overall , loved it!
