Off the main street of Gatlinburg so a little less chaotic but walkable to everything food and entertainment wise. Staff at front desk were very kind and respectful. Very calm and helpful. Cookies upon arrival. Free parking and wifi. The room was very spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding (hot food, fruit). This was the best place we have ever stayed for the price. Easy access to GSMNP. Our family was very happy and this place deserves 10 stars.

Honestly, this is a great hotel for our purposes. We had a family vacation to Tennessee and ended it at Gatlinburg. This was a 10 minute walk to the main strip where all the attractions, shops and restaurants are. The hotel has very spacious rooms. Free breakfast but they did end everything by 9. Parking was difficult but they do have an alternate parking location. This hotel just needs some upgrades like remove all carpeting this week help remove the weird smell from the hallways. Plumbing that's not so loud. But if you want a great view of the fireworks, close location to town and affordable hotel this is the place for you. It does have laundry facilities and a pool but it was closed while we visited.

I was clvery disappointed to learn upon oir arrival that the pool was closed. One of the reasons we chose to stay here was because there was a pool. I was not aware when I booked my room that the pool was closed. That should be clearly stated when looking at this hotel. I will never stay here again or a Country Inn and Suites by Radisson. The reason i marked it noisy it because there were kids playing soccer and football in the hallway until well past 11 pm. No one seemed to care at the hotel.

when booked there was no notice that repairs/renovations to the exercise/pool areas being done and no pool! We book the suite room thinking it would be nice to splurge, but when we arrived we had no balcony, the TV had 50 channels of sports about 20 channels of non-english channels and about 5 regular channels (abc, cbs, nbc) and 3 kids channels. We had to watch any type of "TV" on my laptop! The cheaper rooms had balcony's and the same refrig, micowave we had, so don't spend the extra money not worth it! all in all i would give it a 2 out of 10 (looks good outside and lobby and had a coffee and juice machine in the dining area), and the free breakfast was ok (a 7 ). We will not stay here again.

It's nicely located, the staff was great and the room was big enough for our family of 5. However, the room had a definite smell of mildew and parking can be difficult in the evenings.

I'll start with what we liked: the location and room size were great. We were able to fit our family of four into the spacious room and we were within a couple of minutes of all that downtown Gatlinburg has to offer. However, we had issues immediately upon check-in. Our room keys wouldn't work and the door had to be reset. No biggie. But then we entered a room with an oddly short door into a room that smelled like mildew. The bathroom was a bit dirty around the toilet and had very little sink space. They also don't offer daily housekeeping so we had to ask for fresh towels each day. The breakfast was decent but the general hotel felt like it needed an update. It seems like they're making efforts in this area, as the entire basement was off limit to guests while they redid the pool. We were very disappointed to learn the pool was closed since it was a huge part of the reason we chose this hotel. Overall - needed updates throughout, felt a little rundown and not super clean (but not horribly dirty). Great location and minimally did the job we needed it to.

This hotel provides excellent value for the price. Although it is an older property, it has been reasonably well maintained with updated rooms. The breakfast was as good as can be expected, considering that meals at the nearby restaurants can easily cost upwards of $100 for a family of 4. The location is unbeatable, with literally a 5 minute walk to everything in downtown Gatlinburg. Very personable and friendly staff.

The walls were so thin that we can hear the baby next door to us who kept crying and kept us up and our kids also. We checked out early and I was afraid to use my hair dryer because I was worried it will wake up the people next to us. The room had a bad odor that even our kids were complaining. The appliances were old and the microwave kept making a loud noise when we were using it. The tv was glitching and the wifi service was terrible. It was honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The only good thing was that it was walkable to the tourist sites and the free breakfast. And also the floors had yellow brownish stains.

Last minute weekend away with the kids. Love the spacious suites, breakfast is always good, pool is fun, and within walking of everything in town. Service is always on point as well. One of our favorite hotels in Gatlinburg
