Overview

Econo Lodge Inn & Suites at the Convention Center offers reasonably priced rooms that are clean and stocked with plenty of towels. Many guests found the staff welcoming and polite, and the location is considered excellent for its proximity to local bars, restaurants and attractions. While some families found the rooms spacious enough, others noted that they might be too small for larger families. It's worth noting that some past guests have reported issues such as noise, and discomfort in the beds and that breakfast options are limited.

The staff was welcoming and polite and the prices were reasonable. The room was clean and stocked with plenty of towels for my family of 4. My only complaint was that the beds were not very comfortable.

The room stunk, we had cockroaches crawling on the walls, floor and in our fridge. When i told the kid at the front desk he asked me to text him pictures i took so he could show his manager. I reluctantly sent them to him. no one has reached out to me or anything. We ended our trip early due to waking up with cockroaches we were so appalled.

Beautiful town but a lot of stores are family owned and closed for important travelers dates like Christmas Day others close to early

This has been one of my best stays anywhere in a long time. My family of 4 had plenty of room. The lady at the front desk was very friendly.

The location can’t be beat. Check in was a breeze. Friendly staff. Nice rooms with comfy beds. Couple of issues were breakfast not being available other than grab and go options because of “Covid”. Also the shower in our room, the handle wouldn’t turn the water to hot. Wouldn’t get warm enough to use. We were only staying for one night on the way home from visiting family so no great big deal, but to others it certainly would be a problem. Overall, great hotel for a fantastic price in the best location!

Room was clean and comfortable. As is the case with most Gatlinburg area properties it was too noisy with kids running around the outside area till after dark, groups of adults talking loud outside till late and someone played their TV loud enough to hear ALL NIGHT. We understand these issues are just the unfortunate "normal" for an area like Gatlinburg and it's not the property's fault. We were only there to get a very early morning start into the GSMNP back country.
