The family king suite layout should have been flipped. Nothing like walking into the bedroom area to get to the living room area. No stair access to the lobby, stairs dump you outside. Shower curtain had mold on it. Bathroom wallpaper was poorly repaired.

They stay was wonderful. I widh we had a balcony but we didn't. I will not be booking the family suite again. Our view was a rooftop and we paid too much for that. I liked the fact it had an extra sitting room, but the down side I didn't have outdoor space. I wanted to be out drinking my coffee with a mountain view

Everything that you need in one location. Friendly staff, on-site dining, spa, laundry, and within walking distance to attractions. Rooms were excellent, heated pool was a kid favorite, and bar/live entertainment was a pleasant surprise.

We came to chase the snow like we do every year and this place always does it right! Whether your with or without kids you will enjoy your time! The bathrooms are my favorite with a giant shower AND tub where adults can relax and kids can play makes for a perfect room. The view of the snow was incredible from the balcony and with almost everything closed in town the food and drink was on point! Love this home away from home!

Do not stay in a suite with adjoining room in the winter. I stayed in there and let kids have king bed in main area. I have never been so cold. The main room thermostat set at 75 and my room was at the most high 50s low 60s. Unbearable both nights we stayed.

We liked everything about the hotel and the area. Everything was easy and convenient. The hotel was very clean, and beautiful. We went during what appeared to be fall break. There were a lot of families with children which made everything very crowded and the traffic getting into Gatlinburg was bad. Other than that, we had a great trip!
