The front/main lock & door handle was broken, missing a screw. They didn’t fix it but showed me how to work around its issues. The door to the balcony door was very hard to open, close and lock. Again they didn’t fix it just showed me how to work around its issue. The breakfast was the bare minimum and there was no decaf coffee there or in the room. I can’t have caffeine so I was very disappointed. I don’t think they ever clean the stairs. So many cobwebs and small pieces of trash. The bed frame was a California king but the mattress was a regular sized king so there was a gap of about 6 inches which is picky of me but a small child playing on the bed could be seriously hurt falling into the gap. 1 time my used towels were taken away but no new clean towels were brought in to replace them.

This is definitely one of the best places I have stayed. The running stream is a topper and can’t be beat. I will recommend this place to family and friends for years to come. I am definitely coming back next spring and would like to stay in the same room. Thank you

Hotel was great for the price. The room was freezing cold when we walked in, the main complaint that we had was a serious safety hazard. The elevator was missing the stop at the bottom and would make a hard jar with the door not opening all of the way. This seriously needs to be checked out. The lock on the door is not child proof. Do not recommend with small children. We were on the third floor and I didn’t get much sleep with fear that my child would sneak out during the night. Door opened from the inside for whoever. Very easy for kid to fall off of balcony.

Great hotel! I was here with my kids many years ago. Opened the rear window and had the sound of the brook all night long. Large room too. Very relaxing. Close to Gatlinburg without being in the tourist district. 💖

Room was dated and the beds were not very comfortable. Room was clean and bathroom was good. The visit to Gatlingburg was very disappointing because of the groups of "Slammers" or "Ricer" type of cars that ran up & down the street all day and half of the night. Way too much loud noise and not a good environment for families to spend time on vacation. They were very inconsiderate of the local street performers we came to town to enjoy.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay.the room was just as pictured, with a lovely rustic cabin decor. The balcony was my favorite place. I spent most of my time there when we were at the hotel. The sound of the water is so peaceful and relaxing. We had visits from hummingbirds and a momma squirrel. The sitting areas with swings, a grill area, and fire pit are very nice. The pool was wonderful, it is cleaned daily. Slide and waterfall was a blast. It also has has a upper sun deck, baby pool and hot tub. Breakfast was nice, our coffee was hot fresh, Our server was so friendly and hospitable. You can eat there or take it back to the room. House keeping is very accommodating. Any time we ask for extra towels or trash bags etc.. Everyone at the front desk was very kind and hospitable. I only have one complaint. The mattress's DESPERATELY need to be REPLACED!!!! we tried to flip them but they are to far gone. They have extreme sink holes in the middle. Both of my traveling companions ended up getting up a morning with severe back pain. I have back issues and I have had surgeries, conferable mattress is a big . Highly recommend. Will definitely be coming back. Especially if the mattress are replaced.👍😁

Very nice hotel, the babbling brook in the back was very serene and we made use of the fire pit one of the nights we stayed which was big fun for our family. Only complaint is the rooms was kinda dated. A small hole in the wall in bathroom and the bathroom could of used a good scrub. Other wise, very nice room, pool was awesome, very close to downtown gaitlinburg, quick drive to pidgeon forge.

Check in was easy and the staff was super welcoming! Our room was cute and quaint; the view was awesome from the balcony. However there was a cigarette butt on the floor when we got there. And tons of spider webs on the balcony- I understand it’s hard and it’s outside but it would be nice to just make a swipe or two to get them off as a normal day to day cleaning routine. I would definitely stay there again though. Great price and location. My kids loved the pool too!
