They definitely don’t clean up as often or as good as they should but other than that, it was comfortable and my kids were happy. Found something I would have preferred not to find in the pull out couch but I let it go.

The staff wasn't efficient upon check in. Then when I went back to the lobby there was a family very upset. One of the dad's from the family approached me and said that there were bed bugs in the rooms they had rented. The staff wound not grant them a refund or help them launder their clothes. Also the hotel manager would not come out to speak to them. They had called the police. Since I was there with my son, I opted to leave and find somewhere else to stay. I did not feel safe there.

The property was in a good location but it was not the COMFORT INN that I’m use to. The hallways smelled moldy and musty the pullout bed was nasty. A former guest was in the lobby as I checked in complaining about bedbugs so I always carry products for this issue just in case. And guess what he was right as my family and I were packing up to check out we found a dead one on the sofa bed where my grandson slept. The room was 223 the moldy area around the baseboard was not good. So be careful and clean your room keep on some socks

It was noisy at night with people talking loudly in the hallways and in the room above us some child was pounding on the floors and we could hear him crying loudly. Just very disturbing. People just need to be more considerate, especially in the evening and at night when it becomes too noisy!

This is my first time staying at a Comfort Suites and I won’t be staying here again. Housekeeping never came. Signs said they would come every 3 days, we were there for 6 and they did not come to our room once. Staff stopped cooking breakfast early so we had to eat out for breakfast 3 days of our six day stay. If breakfast stops at 9:30, why would you stop cooking at 8:30 knowing there are people waiting to eat with their families? Never had enough breakfast out, even if we got there early. Overall, 2/5 stars.

The staff was very helpful and nice to me and my children. I enjoyed my stay and plan on coming back.

The hotel staff was very nice and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and my kids was able to get breakfast each morning we was there

Great for families or a group of friends

I travel August thru November every year for college football and this was the worst stay we have ever encountered. Entered hotel where 5 employees were hanging out. Took about 10 minutes to get service while they finished taking! Then the room started off with trying to take shower before heading to a game. Had to let water run for 10 minutes before it got warm. The shower head leaked so the water pressure was bad! Got back from game and went to restroom. When I stood to flush toilet baby roach crawling on wall!! My husband went to front desk while I packed up. The room phone was ringing. I picked it up and the receiver wouldn’t even stay connected. Went down to front desk with the phone in my hand. The front desk wanted to give me a new room! I am a property manager and know that if there is a baby roach there are adults and more babies! Staff apologized and said they couldn’t refund. I explained refund or not no way we’re staying in a room that has roaches because I do not want to carry them back. Staff gave us trash bags to put our bags in for safety. They continued that manager could issue refund and they would leave him a note! I asked for proof that I checked in and out on same day! Hotels.com contacted manager two days in a row regarding a refund! They did not foresee there being an issue with a refund due to roaches! Manger declined refund! Very poor decision for a manger to make!

Front desk staff was personable and very helpful. Wish I could say the same about one staff member that gave attitude to my family and I. My son dropped water on the floor in the breakfast are and my mother asked if we could have the mop to mop it up, instead she got up angrily and mopped it with a very bad attitude.
