Wonderful stay at this property. Area was nice, beds were comfy, and hotel was clean. Very family friendly and safe. Definitely recommend this property!

Our stay was affordable and comfortable. The morning breakfast was delicious, and there was a small indoor pool for us. The gentlemen, Kenyon, that checked us in and was working through the weekend of our stay was very helpful anytime we requested anything and any information we needed! My family and I will be back thanks to his wonderful customer service!

I had no issues with this hotel. It was very clean and well decorated with a soft, friendly/family atmosphere. The staff was courteous and very professional. The food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I always read the reviews extensively when I book a hotel. I have a huge phobia of roaches and bed bugs and I always search for any complaints of any pest activity. Fortunately, my stay was great. I did not encounter any bugs (as previously stated in other reviews) and our room was big enough to accommodate my family of six. Kenyon checked us in and he was very pleasant. He helped us get our stay off to a great start. All the staff was really nice. I can't say enough about Ms. Laverne though. She deserves a raise lol! She was awesome at making sure that we were taken care of during the morning breakfast. We will be back in Charleston in a few months and hope to stay here again!

After a long day of work I came back to my room for the first time laid down and suddenly found myself snuggling with a family of ROACHES! I had a huge roach crawling on my arm/shoulder while her babies were scattering around the bed and wall! Don’t care what you say NOTHING can prepare you for how gross that was!
