We had a few rooms booked for a family vacation, and every single room was dirty, smelly, and just plain uncomfortable. The leather seating had big chunks missing, every sofa and chair had a bunch of stains, and the walls had mildew on them. You could not walk across the carpeting without your feet getting very dirty. We complained to the front desk, but nothing was offered. We checked out early. Stay somewhere else.

Usually dont complain. Never had a bad experience at Hilton.. no vending except by the cashier. Bought the kids a snack, 1 easy mac and a bag of cheez its it was 11$. Asked if they had ice machines was told no only the freezers in the rooms. Ours never worked our 4 days there. Saw a cockroach in the hallway, shower had mold. Toilet ran non stop and seat was loose. Moved the table and footstool out of the way to use the pull out sofa there was food and crumbs everywhere..overall just not a overall good experience.

We liked the location. The staff was all very nice and helpful. The weektime breakfast lady could be friendlier. Also the guest lady who went around and told people places to go never once asked us about our staff or if we needed help finding area things. It was like she avoided us each day....only focused on older couples.
The building was nice but needs updates. Our bathroom constantly wet because no vent or fan in bathroom to get moisture out.
I would recommend to friends and family for location, price and the staff that was friendly. Overall we had a great stay there

This is an older hotel that could use some updating but it was a good place to stay to visit family & friends.

Let me start with I LOVE this hotel. It's in a great location, it has great space for a family, we enjoy the pool and the breakfast is fantastic. With that being said, this stay was a little disappointing. Our room had an awful smell to it. We walked to Target and bought Febreze, but it didn't do much to help. It smelt like maybe a small water leak or mildewy of some sort. On top of that, we were with our children and there was 2 rooms on our floor (one directly across from us) who were smoking pot in their room and it made the entire floor smell strongly. I wish that would have been addressed as it's not for a family environment.

Nice place. Pool & basketball courts for kids. Easily accessible to restaurants, grocery & other amenities. Bed/Couches could use some updating

This hotel is perfect for a family traveling to Charleston sc. the breakfast is very good, with many options. The hotel staff is very friendly and the suites with kitchenette is a plus when you travel with kids. I will represa this hotel again if traveling to Charleston.

The room was super musty upon entering. Turned the air conditioner on and shortly after the carpet was soaken wet. Mold and mildew all in the bathroom and the toilet kept clogging up. There was no ice machines in the entire hotel. The outdoor area was nice but employees were super rude. Parking was a problem not a big lot and ended up having to park across the street. Walls were super thin and heard the baby crying in room next door and the dogs barking (pet friendly) all night long.
