This hotel room was spacious and had lots of storage. Love the pull out couch so my kids don’t have to share a bed. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants and the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel had no hot water in most of the rooms. My family had flown from another state and arrived before me. They informed us to check if we had hot water in our room because theirs didn’t and they had to move rooms. Upon checking, we had no hot water and have to move rooms TWICE before getting to a room with hot water. This was inconvenient as we had a lot it stuff and small children that we had to move. Not to mention we had events planned that were postponed due to the room situation. My mother was also in a separate room that had no working lights. A gentleman at the front desk wasn’t able to fix the issue that night and stated he would come back in the morning and fix it. Luckily, my mother was able to find a breaker and fix the issue herself. Nonetheless, for this to be a Hilton hotel and for the amount of money we spent on the rooms, I feel that it was not up to par..

Was able to check in a little early since we got to town a few hours prior to normal 3pm check in time which was awesome. Great stay, the room was clean and relaxing, the kids loved the breakfast. Wasn’t overly happy about the Hilton sales pitch during breakfast, we declined but we could of done without that.

The staff members were extremely pleasant. I should have read the reviews on their actual website before booking. I paid over 200 per night to stay at this property. My son had bites all over his arms and back when we left. After going back and reading the reviews, other people have complained about the same issue. I’m willing to pay more to make sure that my family stays in a clean hotel , I don’t know how this place has a 4 star rating on cleanliness. The room was not very clean. I had to call the front desk twice about broken items ( which were fixed by the way ) . The amount you’ll pay to stay here isn’t worth it at all ! Look elsewhere!

The trip was great the place was very conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, and 12 min from isle of palms beach. We had a room with a king bed and a sleeper sofa for the kids and a dividing curtain which worked great. The studio also had a full kitchen including utensils which was great to prepare snacks. The pool area has two gas grills for convenience for having a great cookout afternoon at the pool.

Excellent for families with a pet !

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location and amenities were great for our family reunion.

Dogs barking thru the night. My couch was dirty and smelled like dog. Shower head was not adjustable. We are all not all the same height and don't see how you could give a kid a shower. I won't stay there again.
