Tru by Hilton Mt Pleasant Charleston

My family stayed at the Hilton Tru Mt Pleasant the week of Oct 3. Upon arrival the sweet check in lady had a smile, explained our policies and gave us snacks for the room. Every time I went does stairs, she was smiling. Gym was nice and wonderful breakfast before we hit the road. Would stay there again

We had an excellent stay. The hotel was very clean and everyone was very friendly. I believe one of the ladies that were up front named Brianna was such a sweet young lady and very helpful. There wasn't much room/space in our room. There was no closet space or anywhere to hang multiple family members clothing and no cabinets with drawers to put our items. We were there for a wedding for a few days so it was very tight space. We had to leave everything in our luggage. We enjoyed the entertainment area and there was a extra large area to sit and relax!! I think the breakfast was one of the best we've ever had!!

My family and I traveled to SC and had an issue with the first place we had planned to stay. It was a holiday weekend and we were a little worried that we would not find a place. I checked online and Tru by Hilton came up, having just one room left that meet our needs. We were able to book immediately and loved this place! The staff are all wonderful, friendly and more than accommodating. They even provided a snack bag for my young granddaughter. The hotel is clean, modern and has a pill and game room. Breakfast is included and was delicious every day. They also have complimentary coffee/ tea/ hot cocoa anytime you want it. It's close to all of the local hot spots but far enough away to avoid the traffic. We will definitely stay again!

Our family had a great stay at Tru by Hilton - the room was spacious for 4 of us, very clean, and check-in / -out process were seamless!

We were here for a cheerleading competition and the family enjoyed the quick stay. Breakfast was delicious.

Quick checkin,very friendly staff lobby was so inviting especially if you had kids. Hot coffee with real creamer couldn’t of asked for a better stay will definitely be back.

This is not our first time staying at Tru by Hilton in Mt. Pleasant, SC and will not be our last! This hotel is SUPER clean, easy check in and check out, a lot of parking, close to A LOT of shopping/eateries/historic district of Mt. Pleasant and Charleston, pet friendly, no weight limit on your fur baby (brought our 80 pound German Sheppard), great full hot breakfast that the staff keeps replenished, coffee served 24/7 for free in the lobby, they have a snack bar open 24/7 (you have to pay for snacks), they gave two free bottles of water with smartpop popcorn at check in, and this hotel has the best smelling body wash/shampoo/conditioner! Would highly highly recommend Tru by Hilton in Mt. Pleasant, SC!

My stay was amazing from the time of check in to the time I checked out. Both of the customers service reps was very professional and helpful with such kindness. My bed wasn’t the most comfy, and the person right above me had kids that ran all day and night, but hey they’re kids.

Although our stay was only 2 nights we had a great experience and will stay there again! It's so convenient to family that we visit.

I love this place. It’s clean and all the staff are friendly. And they have parking lot available, you can park your vehicle yourself. It’s not far from Charleston airport. It’s awesome for family vacation. Definitely I will come back.
