Great stay for our family. Love the bunk beds for our kids. Breakfast was great. Wonderful location and in hotel gym was a great added bonus

I traveled with 3 grandchildren and their mom. Lovely, wonderful experience. This is my new favorite hotel in the Charleston area. Breakfast was excellent, pool was nice with towels provided, facility was clean. Very nice staff.

This was one of the most disappointing hotels I have ever experienced. First, the room was advertised as sleeping 6. 1 King Bed and 2 bunk beds. I called to get clarification on whether the room did indeed have 2 bunk buds, the gentleman I spoke with did not speak English well but confirmed the room slept 6. We arrived at 11pm after a 12 hour drive and discovered the room only had 1 bunk bed and 1 King bed- which would sleep 4 people. Front desk was not any help and said there were no other rooms, I would have just rented a 2nd room or 2 rooms at a different property. There were no cots or extra blankets and pillows available. 2 adults, a teen and child had to sleep in the King bed. It was an awful night. To top it off the room smelled like cigarettes and the shower had mold in it. I asked for the manager to contact me, but never received a call.

Hotel staff were less than friendly. I told her I did not want a accessible medical room and she stated it wouldn't be. Then of course I get to the room and it was a medical accessible room. Very annoyed. I prefer the glass shower, not the old school tub. Breakfast ends too early. Pool is constantly filled with kids, only 1 pool. There was this slamming noise outside of our room during day and night, looked out door and nothing was there. Will try and different stay if I'm ever back this way.
