The accommodations and hotel itself are a bit older, but the rooms are impressively large and the staff has done an amazing job delivering clean rooms considering the number of families and beach-goers who stay here. Overall, the room was quiet and incredibly convenient and easy for me to access because my Room was right next to an exit door. I could be out of my car and in my room in 30-seconds, almost as if it were a motel. Of course not everyone will end up in a room quite so convenient, but overall the hotel does a fine job. King Street Grille is right next door, and many more options for shopping and dining are directly across the street in Towne Center.

It was pretty beat and in a strip mall with very loud late night bars and restaurants and large ground floor windows that faced this directly plus lots of loud screaming and running kids limited and lo quality breakfast food and the furniture was totally trashed. The saving grace was the bed was comfy and the tv had channels we like. And the size of the room was decent. It was a little farther out than we expected as well. I'd say it's an ok choice for a family with kiddies on a tight budget, but not for us

The male desk clerk at the hotel during check in and during our stay was very rude. Our roof was comfortable as far as space, but the temperature was difficult to control. Our room stayed warm despite having the A/C turned down. The bathroom was stuffy and had ants. Breakfast was okay for hotel food, but ants were also an issue in the breakfast area. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool area. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping stores and was a very close to Isle of Palms!
