The front desk employee, Charlene was amazing. She was kind, understanding, accommodating. We got there early and our room wasn’t ready but she saw how overwhelmed and stressed I was with 5 kids and she upgraded us to a bigger spacious room. The room was clean. The area was convenient and the breakfast was amazing! If you are in the west Ashley Charleston area, stay here!

We stayed here for a one night pit stop along our road trip. It was a great location, the staff was incredibly kind and friendly, the room was very spacious, and the breakfast was just what our family of 4 needed to start off the day!

Comfort Inn Suites was nice and clean. It was convenient to lots of restaurants. The only complaint I have is they did not let me know upon booking the pool heater was broken. I rented this particular hotel for the indoor pool to entertain the kids when we were at the hotel, since the weather was going to be cold and rainy.

The kids got upset , the pool was not heated… so the 3 days the kids had no pool… other than that the stay was great.

This was the perfect place for a family vacation. I was initially disappointed I couldn’t afford to be right on the beach (Folly Beach) but this was close and much cleaner and nicer than some ocean front properties. Will definitely return. We had a room with three adults and three children — comfortably.

I love the fact that the room fitted my family of 6 comfortable and my kids loved the indoor pool, the breakfast was ok.. The food could of been better.. and at times I felt that staff could of been alittle bit more friendly..

Everything looked great on arrive but little thing went wrong door handle on bathroom came off. Due to low employees no housekeeping. At 6pm maintenance guy was out in hallway talking loud on phone and I have kids sleeping. GM with hotel came up to help maintenance fix a door where it sounded like someone was locked in room and they started drilling at 7am. continental breakfast was awesome though.
