I was given a different room than I had booked, despite requests made related to a disabled guest (my mother.) Majority of people working front desk area were unsmiling, unfriendly, and seemingly unconcerned. I had an issue with a strange man sitting on the floor in our hallway, getting up to follow me towards my room, and then standing right in front of my door after I went inside. Called front desk who said they’d send up security. 15 mins later, still shaking, I called back to follow up and they told me “security didn’t see anyone up there.” Oh well, I feel better and totally safe now. The price we paid for this place was absurd considering the service received. Rooms were fine, clean enough, but also not worth the $$$. Housekeeping + maintenance staff were lovely —truly the only redeeming quality. No one in my family will back to the Warwick.

Our family stayed here for one night while passing through Philly. One of our rooms had a broken thermostat. We were unable to change the temperature, so it ran continuously at full power. The temperature was set for 72, but the room temperature was 69. It could have been worse, but we prefer to have the ability to control our thermostat. The carpet around the unit where the air was blasting from was wet. Location was good. Room was clean. The staff was nice.

My stay was terriffic. Dave the doorman made a reservation for us at a mediterranean restaurant across the street from the hotel and the meal there was one of the highlights of our staycation. Thanks Dave. My one complaint was the bathroom, there were no safety rails for the shower and my biggest peeve was the toilet, it was so low it seemed to made for a small child.

Great location! Lobby is cute and nice to have restaurants on property. Little lobby shop for snacks and drinks is nice. We had two rooms. Requested connection for kids and parents. Didn’t get it so had to split up which was extremely disappointing. Room is very worn. Missing towels, no lotion, broken furniture, lots of dust and rust in bathroom.

Great location near my daughters family. Comfortable beds, good sized room. Bathroom vanity needed update. Biggest problem was trying to get internet service - poor front desk instruction. Also while it was nice that they were offering free gift shop credit for extra fees added by city/ county, the gift shop offerings were not very appealing- lots of junk food and alcohol.

Central location, close to shops/restaurants/attractions. Booked a junior suite. Received a junior suite room but overlooking an alley/abandoned building. Overheard staff saying other junior suites were available but for VIP so we were bumped to an inferior room. Upon check-out, called down to valet and were told there was one person ahead of us so come down in 10 min. Went down to find out we were again bumped down on the list. Took over an hour to get our car out of valet parking. Unacceptable.

A quick one night stay with our family and I was disappointed. Beds were super uncomfortable, room was run down, carpet was old and nasty. Bathroom was not the best, the toilet was super small, I’m 5’1” and I almost fell trying to sit on the toilet. The grout was old and nasty. Overall it was a bed for the night, but would not recommend.

The Warwick has been around a mainstay of the Center City hotel scene for many years. Nicely updated. We had a junior suite which was spacious for a reasonable price. The bar in the lobby was a nice spot for happy hour cocktails. Great location. We had a graduation during the day and dinner at Parc around the corner.
