Young and friendly staff to welcome you conveniently located right off of Rittenhouse Square. The room was light and comfortable with great bed linens but the bathroom was extremely small, had a children’s size toilet, the toilet paper was like tissue paper, thin.

I wanted a large enough room for my grown children to stay with me (we were visiting my niece, who lives nearby). We booked through Expedia and were given one of the Penthouse suites, which was shockingly large--a separate study, kitchen, giant dining area, giant living room, and giant bedroom and bathroom. Everything was very clean and modern, although I found the decor a little stark and bare. The biggest detractor was the noise--even though we were on the PH floor, we still heard a ton of motorcycle noise and what sounded like a marching band, quite late into the night. My niece, who used to live on Rittenhouse Square, says that the area has become very noisy and they had to move to a much quieter neighborhood as a result. Also, the shower--which had a very fancy touchscreen panel--had a leaky door, so we had to mop up puddles on the floor. Overall, I found the location and the spaciousness of the room to be a huge plus.

The space is beautiful. Upon arrival we were upgrafed to the 1 bedroom with library. It was the perfect amount of room for us with an active toddler. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and attentive.

This apartment hotel was superb for our 3 day stay with large comfortable apartments and extremely nice staff who always try to help in any way they can - subject to a couple of minor things (see below). Didn’t cook but the kitchen had all the amenities needed. The food at the restaurant and bar was very good quality with a happening small bar with excellent drinks, and the location couldn’t be better in Philly with all the restaurants and shopping around. A couple of things: Allow time for going up and down the elevators as one elevator and 13 floors. Some bathroom sinks are incredibly small - mine the size of a half a football. Maybe something the hotel could consider replacing in the rooms where this is the case. Not all rooms are identical. And the bathroom washbasin is a bit too tall for children and shorter people. Would definitely stay again as I really like the city and this is an excellent property with terrific staff.
