After reading all reviews, I reserved this hotel. I was wondering how this hotel got 4 stars!
Stuff were nice, but location was terrible bcs of a lot of homeless around, and some young guys who were covered their face with palestinian keffiyeh in the park near hotel. We prefered to stay in our room in the evening.
The room was uncomfortable for a family with little kids. There was only one chair in the room with 2 queen beds, toillette and sink were in two separated rooms, it means after using wc you need to open the door and go to other room for washing your hands.

This was the perfect hotel for my family’s stay in Philadelphia. Centrally located in a cute neighborhood with everything we needed in walking distance. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean and perfect. Everything was excellent!

Second time staying. Great customer service,
My family was able to check out a little later so we could catch the lights show at Macys at 10:30am before leaving. Room was clean- shower delightful and beds comfortable! Top tip, the line for valet from the hotel parking was really long- consider using the Laz parking lot across the street. It’s cheaper and took a few mins to have our car delivered to us.

The only complaint is the design of the room. Would have liked a pocket door on both parts of the bathroom. Traveling with older children family members needed privacy which was difficult to manage. But over all good place to stay for a quick trip to the city! And the breakfast was excellent!! Cool post modern decor!

Great location, nice views of the city. The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and the staff were very friendly and helpful, they even have their own list of recommended dining options broken up into categories.
The only thing that was odd was the bathroom setup, no door to enclose the showering space and our bathroom door would not close/lock at all. Luckily my best friend and I have been through childbirth together so it didn’t phase us much but the bathroom door should really be fixed.
Overall a great stay for a quick trip. Enjoyed walking around rittenhouse square and found he best coffee shop, Vibrant coffee is a must!

Valarie the hotel manager we could not be more happy with and at the end of the day if it was not for here amazing service this rating would be a zero. The entrance has trash hoppers and the street is not nice to start off. Shout be right off 17th street which all the other fine hotels we stayed at before. The room is very small and not a lot of room if more then two people. Okay now the worse, there is no door separating the shower change area from the rest of the room. Mirrors and reflection you could see right into the area you remove clothes to get in and out of tte shower and change. So if anyone other then a spouse you are naked to young children if have or friends if sharing room. Will never ever again stay at this hotel. Plus the restaurant was closed when we went down for lunch. Forgot the valet was full so had to park car in another garage which cost 50$ per day so that was not great either and the valet person was very rude and ignorant when tried to talk about parking. Horrible hotel stay away.

EASY. That’s my impression of staying in this Hyatt. Everything worked out smoothly. The valet attendant at night was very friendly when we first arrived at 2AM. The front desk ladies were helpful to our needs all the time (we needed to store our luggages after checking out for 3 hours to watch the 7/4 parade). Room was clean and well laid out. Two queen beds were sizable enough for our family of four. St. Mark’s church is outside of our window and it was a great view. The hotel is in the center of central city so it’s walking distance to most of things. All in all a great stay in Philadelphia.
