The front desk staff was excellent and very accommodating. Xavier in particular. We have a 6 month old baby and they went above and beyond to assist us with early check in since it was raining and our baby needed to nap. Highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here with my child. I didn’t know they didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator in the room which was essential with a baby. The room is spacious. There are some things that need to be updated (proof of a leaking ceiling inside the shower and water stain on the wall art). The room was cleaned once and i stayed for 5 days and i had to call down to front desk to request it. I ended up seeing the housekeeper in the hall and asked for service. When it did get “cleaned” they only changed the linen. They didn’t wipe down surfaces, vacuum or replace toiletries. The front desk/maintenance staff and host/bartender were the stars of this hotel. They were pleasant and informative. The hotel was an okay stay if you don’t mind the above mentioned. The restaurant food is really good. I had the Philly cheesesteak and wings. The stay was affordable and adequate.

Hotel was good. Pool was great for the kids. Bistro had good drinks and food.

Good hotel and close to amenities, but there was nothing within walking distance. I also did not like that breakfast was not included with our stay. Other than that, everything was really good. The indoor pool was great and our kids really enjoyed it.

Our 3 night stay was great. We were a party of 7 and had conneting rooms, which was so easy for our family to stay together in separate rooms.The hotel staff is very nice and professional and very helpful. The morning breakfast is full of hot options and very good. My only concern was the amount of lady bugs 🐞 that come into the room thru the vents. We had to call maintenance to come vacuum them up... There were over 50 by the window and some flying around, and although harmless our kids were scared.

The overall stay was ok. Beside my room phone not working and having to order a movie twice just to watch it on both tv was not a good experience. My kids was only allowed to enjoy the pool the first night the second day the pool was closed for maintenance(they said) but I believe it was closed because the low occupancy. The convention people that was there first night we arrived left the night morning so they didn’t open the pool for the remainder guests

My wife found baby cockroaches in the room and the pool was closed without notice. Elevator were also not working and caused us to carry luggage up multiple flights of stairs.
