Upon arrival, the keys keys didn't work. It was late and we were traveling with children. Chris was quick to try new cards and then give us a new room. He was calm and polite. He gave us a discount and a bag of goodies for the kids. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were great compared to pther places we have stayed. We would stay here again!

This place was okay, very dated though and needs some updates if they’re going to charge what they do. The room had an odd smell to it as soon as we walked in. The outdoor pool was okay, just had a super slippery bottom which made it hard to walk inside the pool with a small child. We spent a lot of money for a one night stay, I just don’t think it was worth what was paid.

I would love to know who this hotel’s photographer is because they definitely sold us into thinking this place was nice. We arrived to realize the hotel looks nothing like the photos on the website. It was very old, needs lots of renovations and updating. The entire hotel had a horrible stench and our individual room had an overpowering baby powder smell that was almost unbearable. The rooms were clean but the facility as a whole seemed gross. The outside amenities and hotel “bar” were a mess and did not look like the photos. We will not be staying here again.
