The staff was super nice and warm welcome. The variety of breakfast was really good. The room was convenient and clean. The only negative point if the pool is out of service you should mention it! It's definitly, a place to stop with the kids! Thanks, The Canadians.

Booked this hotel as it was a convenient location and because it had a pool for the kids. We get there and the pool is closed for some type of repair. I get that they can't control that but if they had posted anywhere that the pool was closed I would not have made a reservation at this hotel. When I said the kids were going to be disappointed the woman checking us in suggested they use the hotel gym since that was open. So, two 5 year olds and 2.5 year old should use the gym? No.

The property was your average stay, the beds were moderate to just ok. I do not like the difference in price as one day it was $100 then 140 then whatever the last night. To us staying at many hotels over the years, this is a $100 a night hotel. We have a Hyatt card where we stay free buy earning points, that one is $140 a night for a way nicer place. So this makes no sense to us. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was just ok. It was located in a good area which saved us time and money in gas. But I would say this is just an average stay. They also waited until we got there to tell us the pool was broken and not working, which is why we booked this specific hotel to have something to do with the kids on some down time. Was pretty pissed off about that as its an amenity you're offering for staying here. I would stay again, but I would not want to pay almost $450 again for 3 nights. Very unhappy about the pricing and the pool issue.

Disappointed the hot tub was not working after a long drive. Conveniently located near food options. It worked well for our stay and there was a courtyard for my toddler to run around in after breakfast, which was helpful. Lower end motel is next door. Mostly what I expected.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast offered a lot a variety which is always wonderful for a mom who has a child with several dietary restrictions. The room was very spacious and comfortable

The hotel was beautiful, staff friendly and efficient, but I will not stay there again! I tried to use pool first day when a group of 10 kids and 3 adults barged in and took over the pool. Screaming, jumping , it was impossible to use pool. When questioned at front desk she informed us that the group us from another hotel next door, owned by Marriott, and their pool was broken and they were allowed (forced) to swim in our pool! I tried to leave and go to another hotel for the next day, but after numerous calls to Hotels. Com and Fairfield, I could not get a refund nor move to another hotel. Both said it was the other was responsible! The other hotel is a dump! Children running around the courtyard at midnight! Why would Marriott own such a dump? And as for Hotel. Com, no more, they were no help! So I paid premium price for a hotel and have to share facilities with an inferior hotel. Sorry but no more Marriott or hotel. Com. Very disappointed. The hotel was beautiful but never again.

This hotel should not be in the family of Marriott’s. More along the line of a comfort inn. Rooms are severely outdated. The staff however was very nice and was close to a number of dining options.

So I believe they booked me a room right underneath a family. The kids above me started to play circus at five in the morning. I called the staff three times to ask them to address it. They told me that they stood outside of their door, and could not hear anything. That’s it. That’s all they did.

Everything was great except the Meeting Room. We rented it for a family holiday party. The appliances and DVD player were unusable. The refrigerator had mold in it, the microwave was dirty and the DVD was not connected to the TV. Otherwise everything was fine.
