The customer service was above and beyond. The general manager Mrs Roz was very thorrow and take care of my family like was her own family and I had 2 people in wheel chairs. She looks for the most comfortable and bigger room . Thank you sooo much Roz and everyone there for your great help! Oustanding customer service!

The property was just renovated. Rooms are clean and the beds are out of this world comfortable! Had the best night’s rest. Staff was super friendly. Easy parking and shopping/restaurants are plentiful and close by. The morning breakfast was not impressive, but I didn’t expect it would be for a small place. They had scrambled eggs and sausage, but pastries were wrapped (not fresh). They did have boxed cereal and fruit. I will definitely stay there again when visiting family in the area.

Kudos to Rob & Tiffany for being gracious hosts! Easy check-in. The only real issue was the noisy guests running up and down the hall(kids) and loud talking. My upstairs guests kept dropping things on their floor. Other than that, a nice place to stay.

We decided to stay here because of location off the interstate, free breakfast, and good reviews on hotels.com. The front desk staff was very courteous and quick upon check-in. We needed 2 rooms for a family of six. The sink is on the outside of the bathroom with is a plus for my crew. My brother didn't like this in his room, but since I have teenagers, it's a plus for getting ready quicker in my room. I did find a few hairs in our tub upon check in, but I always carry cleaning spray with me for a quick redo it necessary. The other room had no issues. The breakfast was good, pool fine, checkout easy.

My family and I had a very short (one day) but comfortable stay. The staff was kind. The hot complimentary breakfast was wonderful.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a perfect location for visiting my family in Wilkes Barre Twp and walking the Georgetown mountain. It was near a pharmacy, restaurants and wine store - what else do you need!
