Overnight visiting family in Lancaster. Room was clean, comfortable, breakfast available at 6 am was good as we had to get an early start!

Our family needed a coupe of rooms to stay in New Holland to attend a memorial service. We selected this hotel mainly on price without many expectations since we were spending little time here. However, I was so surprised and pleased by the quality of the experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable with many amenities. The hot breakfast had many choices and was opened even earlier than announced. Should we ever need to come to this area again, I would definitely choose to stay here. Thank you for your kindness and competence to support our family during a difficult time.

Cleanliness is my first concern in hotels or motels, and this one was spotless! While the bathroom design (tub/shower and toilet enclosure) was a little tight, it was worth tolerating for the great shower water pressure. The bed seemed comfy for most, though never for me, but the staff supplied me with extra pillows to help me try to make it bearable - a challenge due to back issues. I was concerned about the distance to some of the tourist attractions, but it actually worked quite well overall, and better for some. I travelled with an adult child. The area seemed safe with stores and restaurants nearby.

Hotel was convenient for our needs and visiting family in the New Holland area. Being next door to a restaurant was also convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful.
