Home2 Suites by Hilton Ephrata

Abigail was fantastic and made sure all of our needs were met. Staff was very friendly and caring. I would definitely stay here again! Beds were comfy! Suite was amazing for our family. Very roomy. We have 6 people in our family. It was affordable and clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Super clean place with great friendly customer service!! Our room had exactly everything we needed. I was also super impressed with the continental breakfast. With most hotels we skip the free breakfasts all together but the food this location offered was cafe/restaurant quality! There were english muffin breakfast sandwiches, delicious omlettes and more. Our family of 6 didn't leave wanting.

Stayed at this Home2Suites in Ephrata, PA for 2 nights with 2 small children. The hotel was very clean and modern. Trish (front desk manager) was super pleasant and helpful. The room was stocked with tea and coffee, and the lobby offered hot water/tea/coffee 24hrs a day. Trish welcomed our kids with complimentary snacks and waters and provided a really helpful list of local restaurants and attractions. The hotel was within walking distance to Dunkin, Chipotle and a few other restaurants. The location was really quiet despite the construction happening next door. Our only disappointment were the pillows on the bed (bring your own) and the continental breakfast ran out of a lot of things half way thru service. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

Great stay with the wonderful, accommodating staff at Home2Suites, Ephrata!! They really make you feel like family!

The whole trip was amazing but the hotel was wonderful. The staff was awesome and so helpful, especially Trish. I believe she is the manager and she took the time to explain everything to us about the Hilton app and how to send digital keys to other family etc. Great hotel.

This is family trip and we love this area to visit. This home2 is very clean and convenient area. Front desk workers are very friendly and helpful. Thanks for everything. We feel like we’re at “home”

I love the front desk Chelsea~ She was very informative and detailed with explaining about the facility. The room was absolutely clean and my puppy was very happy with the room. I highly recommned this place for your family with your little fido

The room was spacious with all the amenities we needed. We stayed with another couple in my family and could not have enjoyed our stay anymore than what we did. Needs were comfortable. Shower was awesome. Refrigerator was full size. Breakfast was great and loved the available coffee 24 hours a day. Looked forward to returning to our room from our outings each time.

This hotel was very nice and clean! We were really impressed with the room. It was very large, had plenty of storage, an equipped kitchenette, and a pull-out couch. The kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was a normal continental spread. We do wish they would have had bacon or sausage to choose from and cinnamon for the oatmeal but thats getting picky.
