Hotel was nice. Pool could have been a little cleaner. There was hair floating around the first day. They had tons of towels by the pool which was nice. Rooms were clean and cleaned everyday. They even went as far as folding our kids blankets when they made the bed. Staff was great!! Family friendly for sure! Parking was easy and convient.

Friendly staff, everything was clean, pool was a favorite for the kids, breakfast was excellent! The Amish Lady was super nice and helpful at breakfast! Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is very nice. However there must have been some sort of competition with kids staying there. They were running up and down the hallways knocking on doors at times late into the night and early morning.

Always a pleasure staying here. The kids love the gigantic, heated pool and comfy beds. It’s a shame that their restaurant closed down, the food was delicious. Hopefully they’ll revisit this idea in the future. If you ever find yourself in Lancaster county, you’ve got to stay here.

My kids and I stayed here for a week and were sad we had to go home today. But definitely would recommend to anyone from babies to elderly. Very easy access and great continental breakfast! The ladies at breakfast were so nice and keep everything filled up and hot. If you needed something they were so quick to help!

The room was huge and clean. The king bed was just a bit soft and kind of made you roll towards the center. And I wish they had the pack and play set up. It was a bit of a learning curve putting together the bedding they left. The pool and grounds set up was so nice. I wasn't expecting the outdoor door patio, fire pit, and basketball court. It was a lovely visit, the kids had a ball, reasonably priced, breakfast was decent, and the pool was a hit and was open late. Overall excellent trip and I cannot wait to visit the area again.

A great place to land with a family in the Lancaster area. Nice facilities for “out of room experiences”, pool, hot tub, basketball, fire pit…good breakfast. Lots of local shopping and Amish experiences. This is a short drive to the Sight and Sound theater. I’m glad we chose this place this time!

My wife and I enjoy bringing the kids to Lancaster and staying in this hotel. It’s peaceful, clean and the lobby always smells nice. The rooms are comfortable and we love the pool and night time fires. Always a win when you stay at the BW Plus @ Intercourse.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Lancaster area with your family kids , this is it. Clean, friendly and the pool is great. The morning breakfast is great. All the workers are pleasant and work very hard. This best western is better than some high end hotels I have stayed in. Thank you guys
