Hampton Inn & Suites Ephrata - Mountain Springs

The front desk and housekeeping staff were all so amazing! Very pleasant, professional and helpful. Great breakfast for families. The best part was the most incredible view of the entire area (mountains, sunset, city, farms, and more) from the room! I’ve definitely never stayed at another Hampton Inn with such a beautiful view. Only tiny concern was the pool temperature… it was way too cold to swim or enjoy. Otherwise it was a perfect stay!

Had a great one-night stay for family trip to local children's amusement park. Check-in was easy and fast and the lady who checked us in was nice and pleasant. The beds were comfortable and room had a very nice view. The breakfast was good, offered hot and cold options. Near Lancaster and other nearby attractions, like a 20-minute drive or so. Check out was 11-1130 and they do not offer later checkout. Would return next time.

I was a little skeptical to be honest. When I went to check in they were so lovely and informative. I happened to be the guest of the day which I didn’t know that’s as a thing. It was a a nice surprise though. Check in was quick and easy! I was nervous it might be loud since it seemed there was a local tournament so there were a lot of kids. Surprisingly the noise was minimal. Occasionally I could hear running in the room above us, but nothing bothersome. The room was a lot larger than I expected which was amazing. Very clean comfortable! I highly recommend! Living within the Lancaster area, there are only a select few places I would stay at again. This hotel is one of them! Great job!
