Hotel Indigo Harrisburg - Hershey, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was decorated nice and the rooms were clean. The water pressure in the shower was not strong and the hot water was not very hot for a typical hotel shower. For some reason we were in a handicap room .. no entry shower and chair. The water ended up on the floor after showering. I think overall decent condition for this type of hotel. The pool was okay. Shallow and crowded with kids all ages.

The place was not very clean. I had to ask for towels none I. The room. The refrigerator wasn’t working. I asked to have another one the gentleman said they are all like that and never came back. Some kids pull the fire alarm. Noisy kids running up and down the hallway

We were double charged! I paid for my wife and children to stay through hotels.com all good but when she got there they took the card and charged $185 My wife questioned it but they said it was just a hold and would come off but 4 days later it was not removed not pending but charged… I’m not sure what happened but I’m not very happy with either companies I’ve been silver member for the past few years so I doubt it was hotels.com fault but as nice as the hotel indigo was I think they screwed up. Maybe you can figure this out so I can be comfortable in booking my annual Myrtle each trip which I’ve done with hotels.com since 2017

Very nice hotel. Perfect accommodations for our travel baseball team and families.

I really loved the location of this hotel. Everything is really easy to get to. If you want fast food or to dine in at a nice restaurant you have options. There are parks around, gas stations right near by, and entertainment. Hershey park and dowtown Hershey is an easy drive about 20mins or a little less depending on traffic. The hotel was clean and smoke free. The pool was well maintenance. It felt like a very family friendly environment. I really loved the keurig machince in my room that was such a plus. Blackout curtains, temperpedic bed, and the soundproof walls does help with a better night sleep. I really liked the shower it had a rainfall like showerhead. Very nice size tv cable package very basic though cant connect to netflix or anything like that so whats on is what you get. We had a mini fridge but no microwave. Overall this was the best hotel we have stayed in so far in Harrisburg.

Very clean love this hotel it’s always our hotel of choice when we take kids to Hershey.

The hotel was spotless, the staff very friendly and accommodating of pets. Even treats in the lobby. They put a picture of my Brody on the wall with the other pets. They were kind enough to let me keep my room a few hours longer because my flight was in the early evening. The shuttle took us to airport. This trip was to pick up my new furbaby. I highly recommend this location. I'll look for others when I travel.

The staff was very kind, and the room was very clean. It was a great stay for our family. We had no issues and the beds were very comfy. Would recommend!

Checked in, went to room, checked out 5 minutes later. Huge waste of money. This is not a family place. This is not a good location unless you are visiting a local industrial area. I was deceived by their on-line presence. Don’t make my mistake. Keep searching.

While this hotel is perfectly nice to spend the night, dont bother asking the front desk for anything if you forgot it. Earplugs? Nope. Extra coffee? Nope. Coffee in the lobby? Nope. Cant speak to the restaurant or bar because a huge group of loud obnoxious dance/baseball families with rude screaming children had taken over the entire place the whole time we stayed, and we weren't able to use it. They filled the pool and the pool area so there was no way to use those services either. Now while I know thats not the hotels fault, what IS, is the fact that multiple times things were said about the noise level, and the tailgating noise outside...and NOTHING was done about it. Ridiculous. And to top it all off, make sure youre aware that they charge you a $150 deposit on each room. That is NOT disclosed until checkin. Its been 3 days and we still havent seen that credited to our account yet Will never stay in an Indigo hotel again.
