Nice hotel. I loved the valet service. Large room with comfy bed. Very nice restaurant. Hours for breakfast not very convenient especially if you're with kids.

The room was supposed to be a suite but was nothing like it. One bed and a pull out couch. We were supposed to have 5 people but two couldn’t come and lucky for them. My one guest slept on the bed. Me and my other guest were going to sleep on the pull out couch but the sheets were nasty and not clean so I had to sleep on the hard floor while my other guest slept on the couch. I picked to stay in this hotel because I just graduated college and my family and I did not want to drive back 2 hours to go home. Also around 2am ish I went down to the front desk to ask if they had a cot. The person who was supposed to be at the front best was laying down with her shoes off on one of those long chair things that’s in the lobby. She looked more comfortable that how I was. Normally I don’t write reviews but this hotel was horrible. Never will recommend anyone to come here and my family and I will never come back.

We needed to stay close to the hospital for a family members last day. Very sad occasion made much easier by a very on-point stay. Smooth as silk check-in and out, clean, staff were GREAT! Even when we needed a late check out to fit hospital schedule for tests. Well done Harrisburg Hilton..well done.

The lobby was nice. Our room was small, although we booked a room to accommodate 3 adults and 2 kid. There was only 2 double bed. The bathroom only had 3 bath towels and 3 washcloth and no robes in the closet. The floor was dusty. There was a musty odor in the room. When I called the front desk the first person I spoke too, said housekeeping was gone for the day and she would send them up first thing in the morning. The odor got worse later that night, I spoke to another Front Desk staff who moved us to another room around 11:30 PM. This room was cleaner but still small. And still only 3 towels and 3 washcloth for 5 people. The mattress and pillows are hard, very uncomfortable sleep. Not sure if I would book this hotel again.

The hotel was beautiful. The check in process was clumsy. There were 3 people at the desk, but only one checking anyone in. However, there was an unusual amount of security presence around me and my Black children who were away to enjoy my son’s birthday. I had to keep affirming that I was the well-behaved teens’ mother to various people so they would allow us to enjoy the hotel’s spaces. (Security even thought a couple times that I was also not an adult-I’m 39.) As someone who travels regularly to places with much less people who look like us, this was frustrating.

I never checked in. Had a family emergency and didn't get a refund. I had travel insurance and yeah it was inside the window...fair enough. But it's still garbage.

Elevators were broken day of arrival. Staff were on top of issues and did their best to get folks to their rooms. There was a large group of kids (sports teams?) who were very loud near elevators in halls at night. Hotel is clean and rooms were comfortable. Front desk staff were so so - not terribly friendly.
