Courtyard Philadelphia Springfield

Check in went smoothly. I reserved 2 rooms and everything was nice. We stayed the night of my daughter's wedding. Her venue was at the Duke Art Gallery. We used Uber drivers to transport us to and from the wedding. Our beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. In the morning our family gathered for coffee in your lobby café. I do not have anything further to add.

I will avoid this hotel chain in the future because of their lack of integrity. I chose this hotel because they advertised a pool and a hot tub. It was listed a fair amount pricier then nearby hotels. As most people who travel with kids know, this is a great way to get their energy out. When I got to the hotel they said that the pool and hot tub were closed permanently. The employee mentioned that they were not required to have this anymore and it was a big expense so they just stopped providing this service. They did not drop the price of the room though. The manager stated that they updated their website with this information but that Orbitz lagged behind by 30 days in updating their website and that this was not his fault or concern. He was not willing to discount the room rate despite the change in services provided.
