No housekeeping service for a 2 night 3 day stay :(. Broken pool, kids couldn't swim.

Very nice friendly family atmosphere!

I loved this hotel the view the site property was great my children enjoyed the pool the comfortness the price was reasonable I loved it the beds was so comfortable I will come again and again and I’ll refer people as well.

The property was great! It was clean the staff was friendly! The only thing was the room is set up very different, the toilet in the shower or not in the same room so if you use the bathroom, you have to get off the toilet and walk into the other room to take a shower. And I can be a little hard if you’re sharing a room with children or another adult or whatever the case maybe

Other than a crying baby in the room next to us one night, it was a good overall stay. I don't agree with room cleanings every 3rd day-should be, at least, every other day.

My overall rating of my stay had very little to do with the actual facility and staff. The facility looks brand new, so cleanliness and freshness of decor were excellent. Staff were also considerate of my needs. Nevertheless, my stay at this facility was a horrible experience due to a group of other guests. Some boys' hockey team and their families were there the night I stayed. The parents hung out in the lobby drinking while their children were running amok in the hallway and rooms upstairs. Unfortulately, I was booked into a room next to and across the hall from a group of boys who were very rowdy -- ringing buzzers, slamming doors, running down the hall, talking loudly from room to room -- until an hour after the quiet hour of 10 pm. I had an early flight the next morning and wanted to sleep. I called the front desk twice (20 minutes apart) before any parent appeared upstairs to do anything. I was lied to by the boys as to how many were in the rooms (I could hear their different voices so knew there were several boys in adjoining rooms, despite one telling me he was alone). The parent neither offered me an apology for the boys' behavior nor required them to apologize. Sad lack of parenting. When I checked out the next morning (Sunday), I was told this happens regularly, and that parents regularly do not take responsibility for their kids' behavior. I advise checking with staff in advance whether there will be a sports team there the night you want to stay.

My family of four stayed here on 8/11 and when we pulled out the sofa bed the mattress was stained and had hair on it. The shower looked nice but all the shampoos were taped to the wall and had just fallen to the floor. The toilet lid was loose. We couldn’t roll our luggage is because the area where you drive up and get out was taped off. So we had to lift all luggage up to the curb and carry into hotel. The only nice part was Donna at the front desk.

Staff at the front desk were unhelpful before even reaching the hotel. After checking in and getting to the room we called down for for additional pillows, towels and sheet set blankets for the pull out (family of 6) First trip pillows no pillow cases, Second trip, sheets no blankets. Third trip, a very annoyed person brought a couple of towels no blankets. We just gave up. breakfast was NOT what is advertised and the toaster didn’t work. Breakfast staff was also less than friendly, cursing under their breath as they cleaned up after people. Most of the cleaning staff did not speak. English gave a $20 tip to ONE for extra towels and cleaning the room while leaving when we got back has the room wasn’t cleaned and no extra towels would not stay here again.

Overall, it was a good property at a reasonable price. However, housekeeping never came to our room. We are a family of 5 staying for 2 nights. The trash piled up. Also, I tried using the digital key on the Bonvoy app, but the app never generated the key. I just kept getting a "pending" status.

A violent fight broke out in front of our room that woke us up and we had to get down on the floor because it was a lot of banging against the walls, it was a lot of screaming and slamming going on. We called the front desk to see if it was safe to stay in the hotel and the response was the police officers we’re trying to get the situation under control and later called back and said if we weren’t comfortable with staying the we could leave with no charge for the stay, however. We we’re booked to stay for an additional night and l told the lady on the phone that we were awakened by the commotion and initially was in bed. I was concerned because you could hear the fight continuously while still on the phone with the lady. We were afraid to leave the room, the lady l spoke with stated that her manager Jen said no charge if we had decided to leave. It was pretty late in the night to find other sleeping arrangements for my family at the last moment. The lady we spoke with on the phone stated that the police officers we’re on the premises trying to handle the situation but she became annoyed with me asking her if it was safe for us to stay in the hotel. This was a pretty bad experience especially when you chose to spend part of your vacation there.
